McHenry Single Malt Whisky Release 25 St Louis 42%

Distilled between 2014-2016 and bottled in 2021, this Single Malt whisky has 42% ABV and also spent 5 years in a 100L American Oak Ex Hillrock Bourbon Barrel before being finished in a French Oak blood tub to create a stronger taste and a softer finish.

Fresh vanilla, light caramel with just a hint of banana on the nose. It gently rolls on to the tongue with bright tart fruit on the palette. The finish is smooth and light on the back of the palette.
